How To View or Update Your Billing Information

Your Billing Information can be accessed in your Profile Settings Section under the BILLING INFORMATION TAB.
You can access your Profile Settings Section from your sidebar menu under SETTINGS – PROFILE SETTINGS or from the top menu dropdown by clicking on your avatar and clicking on SETTINGS.


Fields that you can manage here are: 


  • Name: This is the name that should be linked to the Credit Card that you are using for Billing.
  • Phone: This is the contact phone that should be linked to whatever Credit Card you are using for Billing.
  • Address: This is the address that should be linked to whatever Credit Card you are using for Billing.
  • City: This is the city that should be linked to whatever Credit Card you are using for Billing.
  • State: This is the state that should be linked to whatever Credit Card you are using for Billing.
  • Country: This is the country that should be linked to whatever Credit Card you are using for Billing.
  • Card Type: This is the type of Credit Card that you are using, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover and Diner’s Club.
  • Card Number:  You can update this field here but we will only output the last 4 digits of the card for security purposes.
  • Exp Date: The expiration Date of the Card.
  • Zip Code: This should match the billing address for the card.

After updating any of those fields, just click UPDATE BILLING for those changes to be saved. 


You can also see all of your prior billing invoices laid out at the bottom of this section.  Click on any of them to see this invoice in a new browser tab.
